Chat Support Representative

I used to work with the  US biggest telecommunications company. I was assigned in mobile wireless billing department.I respond to customer inquiries through chat platform, my task is to provide an excellent customer experience by responding to customer's inquiries, uncovering their needs by asking relevant questions, equipped them with self help options and tools that will help them in the long run. I assist customer with getting and identifying the right device for them by discovering their lifestyle needs.
